What is the mattress made from?
A total thickness of 10” (or 12”) of memory foam goodness wrapped in a hypoallergenic cotton cover
1 ½” (or 2 “): of Gel Infused Memory Foam
1 ½” (or 2 “): of Bamboo-graphite Infused Memory Foam
7” (or 8 “): Support Memory Foam
Why gel infusion?
We know first-hand that the sleeping climate can cause tossing and turning during the night. That’s why Slumba mattresses are infused with millions of gel microbeads, allowing air to flow freely through the memory foam, absorbing heat, and regulating temperature as you recharge. Say goodbye to uncomfortable, sleepless nights no matter the time of year or your location.
What is bamboo-graphite?
Bamboo-graphite comes from burning bamboo plants at 800° C (1,472° F), then grinding it to a fine powder. Widely used in beauty and teeth whitening products, bedding, and water filters, it’s 100% safe to use.
Why bamboo-graphite?
Bamboo-graphite wicks moisture, regulates temperature, and has natural antibacterial properties. This is thanks to its ultra-fine porous structure. The tiny gaps in bamboo-graphite absorb and repel unwanted bacteria, helping you feel invigorated and refreshed, ready to take on whatever the day throws at you.
What size does the mattress come in?
Our mattresses come in standard US sizes.

Why does the Slumba mattress cost so much less than other mattresses?
With Slumba, quality sleep doesn’t cost a fortune. There are no pushy sales associates, unnecessarily massive showrooms, or costly delivery. We’ve included extra goodies like bamboo-graphite and infused gel into the mattress without the additional charge.
Shipping
Do I pay for shipping?
Absolutely not. We believe in providing a sleep experience that everyone can afford.
Can I change my delivery address?
We can change your delivery information as long as your mattress has not been dispatched. Just contact us, and we’ll update your information.
How long will it take to get my mattress?
The mattress will be shipped within 24 hours of your order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Most orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Do I need to keep any of the boxes?
Nope! Break down the box and place it into your recycle bin.
Warranty
Your Slumba mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty. We want you to get the most out of your mattress, so we’ve got your back if you experience a defect.
Please note: Normal usage assumes the mattress has been placed on a flat foundation.
Who is the limited warranty applicable to?
Our warranty applies to the original purchaser of the mattress and is from the date of purchase. Please retain the proof of purchase, as our limited warranties are not transferrable.
What does the limited warranty cover?
- Indentations more than 1.26” that are not caused by improper use
- Physical flaws of the product, e.g., splits, cracks, and tears (despite use under normal conditions)
- Manufacturing defects, including zippers
What does the limited warranty exclude?
- Stains, soiling, pilling, or burns to the mattress and fabric cover
- Comfort preference (Your body may take 30 days to adjust to the mattress)
- Damage due to inappropriate bed foundation
- Mattresses sold as “used, as is, previously owned, second hand, comfort return” or any wording that indicates the mattress is not new or has previously belonged to another consumer
- Normal increase in softness of the foam, which does not affect the pressure relieving qualities of the mattress
- Change of mind
- Natural aroma of the mattress (this usually disappears 48 hours after opening)
How do I make a claim?

Returns
Do you offer a trial?
No, we don’t offer a mattress trial. A returned mattress ultimately creates more landfill waste. Each year, 1.25 million mattresses end up in landfill. We do not want to add to that statistic.
However, if you are unhappy with your mattress, we will cater to your individual sleeping needs the best we can.
Can I return my Slumba products?
Slumba promises you will receive a quality product at an affordable price. You can also find comfort that you also have certain coverage under US Consumer Laws. If the mattress has any faults, we will gladly give you a full refund.

Mattress Care
Do I need to rotate or flip my mattress?
If you usually sleep alone on one side of the bed or have a weight difference with your mattress partner, then we recommend rotating the bed 180 degrees every 3-6 months.
Can I use an electric blanket with my Slumba mattress?
Memory foam is heat reactive, which means the foam density changes as it heats up. Therefore, we don’t recommend using an electric blanket with your Slumba mattress.
Do I need to use a mattress protector?
Like any mattress, the Slumba mattress needs a little love. A mattress protector is a great way to keep it free from stains and prevents exposure to dust mites, microbes, and other allergens. Plus, it extends the life of your mattress!
Can I wash the mattress cover?
Absolutely! Simply zip off the cover and hand wash in warm soapy water (washing machines may cause the cover to catch, causing it to rip). Air dry the cover on the line to help keep its shape. (Don’t use a clothes dryer)
Setup and Bed Frames
What bed frame should I use?
The Slumba mattress is designed to work with any firm, flat surface. It can be placed directly on the floor, slatted bed frame, spring box, or even on shipping pallets. Please view our mattress dimensions if your bed base is not a standard US size. A difference of 1/8” will still fit.
What sheets will fit the mattress?
Any standard US-sized sheets will perfectly hug the Slumba mattress.

Can you sleep on the mattress straightaway?
Once you unbox the mattress, you can immediately drift into a peaceful sleep. It can take up to 24 hours to absorb all the air removed from the memory foam when we packaged your mattress. You will notice a slight odor from the mattress when it is first removed from the box. However, this will quickly disappear. Our memory foams are all CertiPur-US, and OEKO-TEX certified.
Bonus tip: The warmer the room, the faster the mattress will expand.
