2.1 Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor and analyze aggregate traffic on our website. This tool helps us understand how visitors interact with our site by tracking macro-level metrics such as total visits, session counts, popular pages, and general engagement levels.
To protect user privacy, GA4 does not collect or log personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses. Furthermore, IP addresses are automatically de-identified and anonymized by Google immediately upon receipt and before any data is processed or stored.
While GA4 may collect high-level, pseudo-anonymous data regarding your device type (e.g., operating system, browser type, and screen resolution) and broad geographic location (e.g., city or region) to help us optimize site performance, this data is heavily aggregated. It cannot be used by us to identify individual machines or specific users.
Google Signals is disabled for our Google Analytics property. We do not use Google Analytics for remarketing or interest-based advertising. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other information submitted through our website’s contact form to Google Analytics.
If you wish to disable cookies from this site, you can do so using your browser. You should understand that many sites’ features may not function properly if you don’t accept cookies. You can completely opt out of having your activity available to Google Analytics by installing the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
2.2 Disclosure of information to other third parties:
We also use services including payment gateways and other payment transaction companies to process your order. These processors have their own privacy policies, so it is recommended to view these for an understanding of how they handle your transactional information.
We do not rent, sell, or exchange information about you to third parties (other than those relevant to our business operations).
When you click on links on our store, you may be redirected. Slumba is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we ask you to be informed of their individual policies.
3. California Do Not Track
Our web services do not alter, change, or respond to Do Not Track (DNT) requests or signals in browsers. As described in more detail above, we track user activity using web server logs, cookies, and similar technologies. Information collected in web server logs helps us analyze website usage and improve the user’s experience. Cookies allow us to offer you a customized experience and present relevant advertising to you.
4. User-generated content:
By writing a review or any other material about, or to Slumba, you have consented for us to use the information for website, marketing, and advertising purposes royalty-free. This is waived when there is written consent from you to not disclose this information.
5. Security of personal information:

This includes when you place an order or gain access to your personal information. All supplied sensitive credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). However, no transaction over the internet is guaranteed 100 percent secure.
